Service Area FAQ

Do you buy properties outside these six counties?
We consider properties within approximately a one-hour driving radius of central Dallas on a case-by-case basis. This includes parts of Johnson County (Cleburne, Burleson), Ellis County (Waxahachie, Ennis), Hunt County (Greenville), and Collin County’s northern extent toward Sherman. Call us with your address and we will let you know within minutes.
Do you buy rural or agricultural properties?
Yes. We evaluate rural residential properties, rural acreage with structures, and agricultural-classified land with residential components throughout our service counties. Properties in Kaufman, Denton, and the outer parts of Dallas and Tarrant County often include acreage, and we are experienced in purchasing and valuing these properties correctly.
Do you buy commercial or multi-family properties?
Our primary focus is residential single-family homes and small residential income properties up to four units. For larger multi-family, commercial, or industrial assets, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis or can refer you to appropriate buyers in our network. Call us and describe the property.
How do I know which county my property is in?
If you are unsure which county your property falls in, the easiest method is to search your address on the Texas CAD (Central Appraisal District) website for your area, or simply call us at (469) 838-3836 and give us the address — we will identify the county and confirm coverage immediately.
